On March 9, 2008, New York City Ballet will leave New York for its first visit to London in 25 years. Do you know? The first foreign tour the Company made was in 1950 and it was to London. Our last visit was in 1983. It has been too long London!

Our video tour journal will begin before the Company is even off the ground and continue through the first four days of the tour including Opening Night. Here you will find many short video highlights of what happens when NYCB travels and share in the excitement, sights and sounds of this historic engagement.

There will be behind-the-scenes footage from the artists, staff and crew, as well as clips taken during the dancers’ free time featuring music from local UK bands.
